As we are experiencing an increasingly high demand for our offering and services, we are now ready to onboard new reward consultants – with existing reward experience – to join our great team.

Depending on your background and level of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR/Reward advice, as well as for consulting within the Compensation & Benefits space, delivering a wider range of services and consultancies to our clients. Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Rewards Leaders. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world. 

Candidates will be required to:

  • Provide strategic Reward and broader HR support;

  • Explore and execute business growth opportunities;

  • Drive the development of Reward strategies, policies and processes for our clients;

  • Provide consulting and advisory on international reward structures & principles;

  • Develop and drive client events and client relationships;

  • Independent management of client projects and internal projects;

  • Be a mentor & a role model to junior team-members, incl. supporting and guiding in relation to client projects.

  • Your professional experience and personal qualifications include

  • Commercial mind-set and international outlook;

  • Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of Rewards;

  • Preferably 7-10 experience within the consultancy field and/or experience from a Reward function in a larger company.

  • A proven track record in analytics & problem solving

  • Process development or project management experience and business development experience is considered a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high personal drive, wanting to consistently deliver best-in-class consulting services;

  • Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times;

  • Fast learner with a high degree of multitasking capability;

  • Excellent communication skills – effective, positive and solution orientated;

  • Passion for working with data – transforming key data findings into recommendations and advice to your clients;

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders;

  • Fluent English. Proficiency of Danish or another Nordic language is a pre-requisite.

    Depending on your level, you will be enrolled in our internal training programme designed to target both junior and experienced hires. You will be working in small teams with more senior consultants to ensure your development and high quality deliverables to our clients.
