We are seeking a (Senior) Scientific Publications Manager, who will lead the planning and execution of scientific publications, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Excellent project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle varied tasks and establish processes in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
The position
A (Senior) Scientific Publications Manager will be driving the development of publications for Novo Nordisk sponsored data.
Your main responsibilities will include:
For this role, success depends on aligning multiple functions, managing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, having a flair for structured communication and guidance; and driving multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining an overview of the project.
It will be expected to travel around 10-15% per year primarily to scientific congresses.

About the department
The Scientific Publications Department, part of Global Medical Affairs at Novo Nordisk, is anchored in the Development Organisation in Novo Nordisk. Our department oversees publishing research across all drug development phases and is led by the Scientific Publications Director, and divided into two teams. We seek a publication professional to join the Diabetes, Cardiovascular, and Alzheimer's Disease publications team. The role is office based at Site Søborg, Denmark, with some flexibility to work from your Denmark based home-office
