In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the agile methods and processes in your teams. You will become part of:
Logistics ART team consisting of approx. 20 internals and a higher number of externals. All working towards the same goal of creating better logistics solutions. Scrum Master group consists of 5 people where we support each other and spare on how we best support our teams. Arla IT, which consists of roughly 550 IT professionals. More specifically, you will be:
Driving efficiency and focus by challenging priorities and keeping the team aligned with agreed-upon goals. Facilitating planning, demo sessions, backlog refinement, and stand-up meetings, resolving any issues or misunderstandings. Enhancing transparency and engagement through effective internal and external communication with stakeholders. Supporting and educating product owners in timely refinement and engagement with the product backlog and vision. Leading and coaching the team in agile adaptation, striving to get the team to work as a self-organized team. A typical day in the life of a Scrum Master in Logistic ART
We offer a flexible seating arrangement in the office where you will typically sit with your team or work online based on your location. Your mornings will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and task clarification. Throughout the day, you will engage in event planning, collaborate with the Product Owner, and coach team members on effective work practices. As we operate in a hybrid working environment, most meetings are conducted online using Teams. There may be occasional travel for onsite testing and go-lives. During your initial months at Arla, you will have a dedicated Scrum Master buddy to provide support and help you settle in smoothly.
What will make you successful?
We imagine that you:
Have experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach using agile principles and conducting Scrum ceremonies. Preferably have experience working with Supply Chain, where previous Warehouse Management epic maturation and roll-outs will be an extra plus. Possess strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to facilitate meetings and lead group discussions for navigating complex solutions. Have solid project management skills in terms of prioritizing work, identifying dependencies and blockers to progress. Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred. Are fluent in English, written and verbally. As a person, you have a passion for coaching others and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation.
