Senior SMB administrative specialist Nordics
We are currently searching for a talented Senior SMB administrative specialist to play a key role within the SMB Nordic team. The role is newly created and will be located in our office in Denmark and will be supporting all Nordic markets - enabling the sales team to be more efficient, stay focused on winning new business and ensure a seamless customer experience at the closing stage.
The SMB team plays a key role in NIQ’s growth strategy. Focused on accelerating organic growth, building great customer experience by offering customer-centric service and support to uncover insights on category development and consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment by enhancing our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise and engagement.

As a Senior SMB administrative specialist, you work with optimization of the way we do things in relation to the administrative processes in order to ensure effectiveness in the backend part of supporting our small and medium FMCG clients.
Responsibilities
Manage the setup of new customers in internal systems and tools, by sending new customer setup forms, creating new companies in the CRM portal, liaising with different teams, ensuring that customer databases are correct once live on the platform and being in close contact with new customers.
Manage ongoing customer follow-up, including but not limited to: adding new customer users, removing customer users, creating newsletters etc.
Drive optimization of our use of CRM system
Manage, coordinate and drive projects in relation to new products and ways of working within the SMB Nordics
Coordinate together with the SMB sales team, webinars and client events
Build, maintain and manage the SMB sharepoint
Manage the renewal process of the SMB Nordics team
Stay informed and take an active role in learning about new NielsenIQ products and services.
Understand the sales process from start to finish - including Microsoft Dynamics workflow, all customer required documents and best practices.
Assist in drafting contracts.
Participate actively in building a positive and engaging team culture
Support the Small Medium commercial team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
The role is based in our Danish office. You will report to the Nordics Head of SMB, and will be part of a team of twelve people.

Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales administration
Proven ability to think strategically by identifying problems and implementing effective tactical solutions.
Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, thorough and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure critical business objectives are met.
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Understanding of the sales cycle and common sales pain points, with a desire to drive improvements.
Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Experience developing and using sales performance reports in a CRM, Power BI or similar software is an advantage
Experience from a Nordic position will be an advantage.
Microsoft Dynamics and experience with NIQ data is a clear advantage.
