We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with our experienced team. In this role, you will play a key part in product development and help us achieve our ambitious goals. Success in this position requires a focus on delivering customer value and creating high-quality software.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with engineers and product owners to transform business needs into technical specifications and software solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable components that prioritize functionality, performance, and reliability
Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and follow best practices
Troubleshoot software issues, debug, and implement effective fixes
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, fostering innovation and efficiency
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance your skills
What you bring
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
A strong proficiency in C# and .NET - It’s a plus if you have experience with COM-Add-ins / VSTO for Microsoft
The ability and desire to own the development process of certain domains, from ideation through release to production
An interest in understanding how your products and features are being used and a desire to optimize our product suite
A DevOps mindset and experience bringing your code into production
