Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

We have developed Zoios to be a high quality application requiring a minimum of maintenance, that frees time and resources for us to move fast. What we expect:

• Years of experience from high-caliber tech or product teams.

• Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases

• Familiar with TypeScript or another typed language.

• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Production experience with JavaScript component-based frameworks and Node.js. (We use NextJS)

• Knowing Golang is a plus

  
  

What you will do:

• Code away, and develop new features end-to-end, while also keeping a healthy and sustainable code base across both back- and frontend.

• Co-scope technical architecture, features, and new projects.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.

• Contribute to strong discipline in the code in regards to design system, naming conventions, and code structure.

• Collaborate with other teams on user feedback, ideation, and design to deliver quality product experience.

The Product team:

As a Senior Software engineer, You will become a part of a dedicated and passionate Product team consisting of a Product manager, a Product designer and a Software engineer (Tech Lead). You will be working closely with the Tech lead, around the codebase and be in close contact with PM and product designer on technical discovery and scoping. We will make sure you have the necessary setup and conditions you need to do great, with that you will have a lot of freedom to take responsibility and drive development.
