Senior Solution Manager - Continia Finance Solution

Continia is looking for a Senior Solution Manager to lead our Continia Finance team and product line.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter, who is passionate about leading a small, distributed team and playing a key role in developing innovative solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, who not only thrives in managing teams but also actively contributes to the development process. You will dive into technical challenges and leverage your development experience to help drive the growth of a new product in our portfolio.

About your role

As a Senior Solution Manager for Continia Finance, you will be key responsible for the strategic direction, development, and continuous growth of our Continia Finance product line. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering & Development.

Your primary focus will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Continia Finance in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Lead the Continia Finance product management in close cooperation with inhouse developers to define product requirements and design, feature prioritization, translation for global markets, release planning, etc.
• Drive the development of new product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends, while also actively contributing to the hands-on development process to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate up-to-date end-user documentation, technical installation guides and articles in cooperation with the technical documentation team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

Further, you are likely to enrich our business with the following qualifications: 

• Proven product, project and people management skills.
• A good understanding of financial processes, ideally with experience in areas such as banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or other financial systems.
• Developer experience, particularly in managing small, distributed teams across different countries.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills from working with various cultures in an international setting.
• High-quality mindset with an open-minded approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using Visual Studio Code, with a solid understanding of AL language and extensions.
• Good/general technical understanding and strong knowledge and technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
