The position
As a (Senior) Statistician for ET, you will support the production of oral products, manufacturing processes, and analytical methods together with four highly skilled statistician colleagues. The position is primarily based in Høje Taastrup with some workdays spent in Måløv.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with other areas of expertise, addressing challenges, developing statistical solutions, and communicating these solutions to ensure implementation
• Driving or participating in data science based optimisation and improvement projects to enhance the use of statistical methods for oral products
• Applying diverse statistical tools, including linear mixed models, design of experiments, multivariate statistics, acceptance sampling, and statistical process control
• Supporting data driven decision making and strategies based on customer needs
• Designing and delivering courses and workshops in statistical topics for the broader organisation

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another relevant field
• Demonstrate practical experience from several years in a similar position and experienced in using statistical software such as R, SAS, and possibly SAS JMP 
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous; manufacturing experience is also of interest
• Share our passion for statistical methods and complex problem solving, while also being confident in documenting your work through clear, written reports
• Data manipulation and programming skills are considered a plus
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English

About the department
ET is a newly established Senior Vice President area in Novo Nordisk. We have a growing pipeline of new products, many of which are based on emerging technology platforms coming into Product Supply via internal development projects and externally acquired assets. ET is well known for having a pioneering spirit as well as a curious and daring approach and we play a key role in developing and producing future treatments for millions of patients around the world.  

Within ET, our Manufacturing Science and Technology Life Cycle Management department comprises around 60 dedicated and talented professionals. We are united by a mission to ensure the continuous enhancement and optimization of our marketed products. Our expanding portfolio spans a variety of solid dose products, with key focuses on Hormone Replacement Therapy, diabetes, and obesity treatments.
