Senior Test Manager

Are you a skilled Test Manager looking for your next adventure? We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the Industrial Sector. You will be a Test Manager for PLM (CATIA 3DX) migration. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards and solid validation processes that align with the project’s objectives and requirements.

You will get the opportunity to contribute significantly to a major migration project while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Location: Mid Jutland, onsite is a must 2-3 days pr. week.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Extensive experience in leading test management for complex system and data migration projects
• Previous experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) projects or similar migration initiatives is a strong advantage
• Strategic mindset
• Strong experience with CATIA v5/3DX
• Experience with migration
• Strong technical skills
• Experience with Enovia V5, Enovia V6
• You are an engaged and dedicated professional, committed to driving project success through quality-focused deliverables
• With strong listening and analytical skills, you bring a natural leadership style and work as a key member of the project management team, acting as a close partner to the lead project manager
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English, both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop, document, and communicate the overall test strategy, tailored to the project’s nature, involved partners, and company culture
• Create, document, and execute the test plan
• Take a hands-on approach to testing, ensuring that results are thoroughly documented, communicated, and proactively followed up
• Set, manage, update, and communicate test KPIs, such as test case execution rates, defect density and severity, data quality,
• and requirements coverage
• Ensure the quality of deliverables from multiple external partners
• Maintain a highly structured and communicative approach in all tasks
• Collaborate with several external partners
