(Senior) Validation Engineer for Production Support Assembly

The Positions

We have 3 open, exciting positions as Validation Engineers and you will be part of a highly skilled and engaged Back Office team in Assembly 3 ml., site Hillerød.

The main tasks will be to:

• Drive or participate in various projects related to process optimization and implementation of new technology/products

• Take responsibility for the validation actions attached to the projects

• Play an active role in ensuring the validated state of our production equipment

• Navigate in a complex, stakeholder landscape

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• An academical background in engineering or similar

• Experience working within a GMP-regulated area

• Experience with validation tasks and projects from a previous position, including documentation and deviation handling

• Experience within validation of automated production equipment

• Knowledge within robotics, PLC, and automation is seen as an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

On a personal level, you have great interpersonal skills and a bridge-builder attitude, you build relations on trust and have a natural ability to take responsibility for tasks to ensure their completion and quality – working in groups as well as solo. Furthermore, you have a structured approach to tasks and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. You are also curious and driven to achieve first-class results.

About the Department

The PS AM Site Hillerød Assembly Back Office is responsible for the assembly of Medical Devices for injection of medicine used for the treatment of Diabetes and Obesity. We handle highly complex assignments, such as production improvements, implementation of new devices, and investigation and implementation of new technologies and machines for high volume production. Our focus is on ensuring compliance and the validated state.
