The position
As a Senior/Principal Scientist you are considered an expert and will be responsible for executing and delivering on Novo Nordisk must-win Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes portfolio. You will be involved in generating data and reports to aid in accelerated IND submissions for our highest prioritized projects (LEAD) and establish ex vivo and human in vitro assays to investigate mode-of-action of our drug candidates.

About the department
The LEAD biology department is a team of 9 individuals consisting of scientists, laboratory technicians, and one director. Our team is incredibly diverse, with members from various nationalities bringing a wide range of perspectives and experiences. The department focuses purely on Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes and operates in a matrix organization, providing support to multiple projects for our very clear goal to progress key projects in our pipeline. The team maintains a positive attitude and fast-paced work ethic, with a focus on the patients as our ultimate customers. The department is based in Måløv, Denmark.
