As part of emagine’s commercial business unit focusing on public clients, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about strengthening customer trust and satisfaction. You will work closely with our Public Team, based at our headquarters in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and structured professional to deliver outstanding client experiences across our public sector clients. Within the field of managing service delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating SKI agreements and contracts management across emagine’s public sector clients and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders using our SKI agreements. Your key responsibilities include:

• SKI Coordination: Ensure the effective management and execution of SKI agreements across public sector clients, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Contract Management: handling contract creation, execution, and compliance.

• Client & Consultant Engagement: Arrange meetings, facilitate consultant interviews, and follow up to secure agreements.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth administrative processes, including system registrations, contracts, invoices, and compliance with framework agreements.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Contracts, Finance, and Sourcing, to optimize workflows.

As you grow in the role, you will take on increased client interaction responsibilities, acting as an extension of the Director to maintain strong customer relationships.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who excels in stakeholder management, has strong communication skills, and can ensure seamless coordination of agreements and contracts. You should be:

• Experienced in contract management, SKI agreements and public sector coordination.

• Detailoriented, with high integrity in what you deliver

• Adaptable and capable of managing fast-paced environments.

• Proactive & solution-oriented, identifying opportunities and solving challenges efficiently.

• Client-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Organized, with strong attention to detail and an aptitude for IT systems.

• Results-driven, thriving in both independent work and collaborative environments.

• Experienced in IT sales, recruitment, service delivery management, or similar roles.

• Fluent in Danish and English at a professional level.

The Position

This is a full-time role (37 hours/week, ex. lunch) in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will be based at our headquarters in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen, working alongside a diverse group of colleagues. We offer:
