Service employee for Tivoli Congress Center

Are you eager to provide the best settings for our many events and congresses in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, then you might be our new colleague in our service team. 

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center has provided rooms and professional equipment to countless organisers since 2010. We cater everything from small and medium-sized meetings to large congresses on a daily basis. With 53 meeting rooms and 679 rooms, Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is a workplace with a dynamic environment where we put collaboration and well-being first.

Being part of our service team you will ensure the right settings for our many events and happenings, collaborating with all departments and colleagues in the hotel.  

Daily operations and tasks 
As our new service employee, you will take part in preparing our meeting rooms, conference areas and our festive events. 
Furthermore, your tasks will include setting up tables, chairs, stand areas as well as carpets. 

It is a full time position and your working hours will include both weekends and evening shifts. However, you will primarily be in a fixed schedule from 6AM - 2PM during the weekdays. 

What we are looking for 
Besides having service as part of your DNA and being service minded, we expect you to: 

• have an eye for details 
• be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• be in a good physical condition and prepared for an active job, which includes heavy lifting and moving objects, always in a correct manner and by using the accessible facilities 
• have a calm and solution-oriented personality 
• communicate in English and preferably in Danish as well. 

Experience from a similar job is not necessary, however we expect you to be hands-on and having a knowledge of the industry is desirable. Full training will take place on site.
