Service Trainee

Your position
In your new position as a trainee in the Technology Solutions division, you will be a valuable part of the dedicated Service team that provides specialized service for telecommunication and firefighting equipment for the global energy sector.

This program is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills in an international environment. Your tasks and responsibilities
You will support the Service team with tasks related to coordination, data handling in Excel, service, and much more. As a trainee, you will also have the opportunity to work in other departments such as finance and logistics, giving you a broad insight into the organization.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing invoice drafts in Excel
• Preparing packing lists for materials required for various jobs
• Coordinating and booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and taxis
• Providing support to the department
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Your profile and qualifications
We imagine that you are a detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded person who is focused on delivering high-quality work. What we value most of all, though, is that you are proactive and enthusiastic about your work, and that you enjoy supporting the people around you - and a good sense of humor is always appreciated here at Semco Maritime.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:

• Have a flair for numbers and proficiency in Excel.
• Are comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Are fluent in English, written and spoken.
