ServiceNow Solutions Developer 6 Months Contract

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Developer for our client in the Pharma Industry

ServiceNow development supporting the AskHR team with work related to acquisition of 3 new factories.

• Potentially creation of ownership groups for Italy and NAO.
• Creation of Knowledge base and ownership group for Belgium.
• Relevant target criteria, such as manager groups and company code groups, will be established to enable content targeting for relevant users.
• Local content (30-50 articles are recommended per site, i.e. potentially 90-150 new articles) will be created before the go-live date.
• Assess global content to see if applicable for Catalent.
• Access to current global content will be provided.
• Consent form decided upon by legal representative for Belgium.
• Chat queue groups, country phone number and opening hours are decided upon and developed.
• Deep links for other systems decided upon and added.
• Assignment groups and rules decided upon and developed.
• XX local services created.
• Global services are available automatically.
• Existing services can be made available as needed.
• Agent training and knowledge management training is provided before go-live.
