Your position As our new Site Manager, you will be joining our Renewables Division where we handle several large-scale multidiscipline projects. You will be working from our Site in Aalborg. You will report directly to the Construction Manager who is responsible for the overall site.
We expect the activities on-site to begin during December / January, but we expect you to start as soon as possible to begin onboarding and training. This position is open to being a contracted position as a project hire with the duration of the project, or a permanent position depending on the candidate.

Your tasks & responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will be planning, coordinating and managing daily site activities, and together with your team of site engineers, supervisors and foremen you will lead 80-100 blue collar workers daily.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that the project activities adhere to the schedule and activities are planned accordingly
- Supporting the Construction Manager for the site with HSE management
- Overseeing the timely delivery of materials and coordination with vendors
- Updating job package progress and schedule
- Resource planning
- Run daily planning meetings
Your profile & qualifications As Site Manager on our large-scale projects we expect you to have a technical interest and background and that you have several years of experience in site Management preferably from the renewable energy sector such as offshore Wind or Power Plants.
It is at the same time crucial for you to succeed in this role, that you have excellent skills in working with people from many different backgrounds and enjoy creating and contributing to a good working environment and that you manage to inspire and motivate your team and show flexibility to adapt to changing project conditions.
To succeed in this position, we also expect that you have the following qualifications:
- Have technical knowledge (Electrical is an advantage)
- Possess good IT-skills
- Have a proven track record within team management – either through project management and/or Team Lead roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively convey project updates and objectives.
- Have experience from working on construction sites
- Preferably have some practical experience
- A decent level of English, since we are working with many nationalities on site, and have a US customer
