As a Site Manager at NKT, you will supervise on-site management, ensuring A-Z project delivery and quality, team management, communication, and compliance. You collaborate and safety is your priority
Your role will be project planning, site supervision and coordination with a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to QHSE standards and inspiring others to prioritize safety. An important part of your job will also be to manage jointers on site. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as project managers, warehouse management, jointers, and customer representatives, ensuring smooth project completion. You participate in the tendering phase in close cooperation with our sales department.

This position is based in Brøndby with up to 30 days of domestic travel per year. You will also be a part of our on-call duty.

You have site management skills
