We are currently seeking two skilled chefs to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Guangdong, Sichuan, and Dim Sum cuisine and possess a strong culinary background. They should be comfortable working both weekdays and weekends, have an open-minded attitude, and have the ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
Responsibilities:
Creating and preparing dishes for a la carte service
Developing and planning menus that showcase Guangdong, Sichuan, and Dim Sum cuisine
Managing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keeping up-to-date with food trends and industry developments
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
