What will you do?
- Manage daily operations of the Unit
- Ensure guests have a good experience, monitor guest feedback and strive towards a great overall dining experience
- Effectively forecast, plan and manage team members, inventory and financial goals
- Attract, recruit, train new colleagues and manage the team efficiently
- Efficiently manage inventory and control costs and waste
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Strategize towards achieving financial goals of the Unit
- Focus on quality and efficiency
- Maintain health and safety standards and create and be responsible for a great working environment
Who are you?
- Proven minimum 2 years of managerial experience in food & beverage
- You are the type of manager that makes everyone happy: you inspire, motivate and help team members to bring out the best in themselves
- Working knowledge of various software such as MS Office, POS and time & attendance
- Have an eye for detail and can plan approach accordingly
- Business proficiency in English
- Fluency in Danish is desirable
