JOIN US
As Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for executing GANNI’s social responsibility strategy as part of the broader Gameplan 2.0 strategy. You will oversee projects and initiatives focused on social compliance and social impact within GANNI's supply chain, working closely with our manufacturing partners.
GANNI is committed to achieving significant progress in social impact. You will play a crucial role in helping the company reach its goal of onboarding all contractual suppliers to the Living Wage Initiative. This initiative began in 2022 and aims to ensure that all contractual suppliers receive a living wage premium by 2025. You will also be responsible for defining the next phase of GANNI’s social impact strategy. 
In this role, you will ensure that all of GANNI's manufacturing partners maintain safe and respectful working conditions. Your areas of focus will include maintaining and upholding human rights policies, conducting supplier monitoring through onsite visits, reviewing and evaluating audit reports, and ensuring the implementation and follow-up of corrective action plans while promoting continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with our Sourcing and Production teams to ensure responsible onboarding and exiting of suppliers, regularly assess supplier performance, and provide insights into their social practices and working conditions. 

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years experience of working within production/sourcing 
• Experience working with garment manufacturers/suppliers globally, ideally within the fashion industry 
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A direct and solution oriented attitude, with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
• A strong and clear communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills in English and the ability to distil complex information
• Passionate and well-versed in sustainability and issues facing the fashion industry while being aware of developments in the industry. 
• Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to travel +20 days per year to visit GANNI’s manufacturing partners
