Social Media Coordinator

WE ARE SEEKING A CREATIVE AND DRIVEN SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

Social Content Planning + Creation 

• Assist Social Media Manager (SMM) with day to day running of the GANNI social media channels 
• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Own Pinterest channel end to end, develop a strategy for Pinterest in collaboration with the Social Media Manager striving to achieve annual department KPIs
• Support SMM in pulling together reactive and proactive edits for IG stories, in theme with the social/marketing calendar
• Support the Social Media Manager + Art Direction team in ideating, pitching and producing creative content, considering collection pushes, strategic focuses, trending themes etc

Community

• Assist Creative Lab by keeping a centralised community database of people we would like to work with; artists, content creators, musicians etc.
• Regularly research and add suggestions to this database 

Reporting

• Report and analyse GANNI-own and direct competitor platform performance across key metrics providing business insights, trend analysis and recommendations on a monthly basis
• Own collating the social results for the monthly social + PR report, work alongside the PR intern to ensure this is sent out to the teams on time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
• Conduct competitive research and analyse the social media presence of industry peers.

Other

• Assist SMM in pulling samples when necessary; for shoots, influencer partnerships and reactive social content 
• Working alongside PR to keep track of all samples borrowed, and return these in a timely manner
   

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• TikTok native
• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices
• Excellent understanding of social media and digital landscape 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Creativity and a passion for social media
• Ability to deliver at pace and anticipate deadlines 
• Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and develop skills according to the changing needs of the business 
• Previous experience working in contemporary and/or luxury fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
