Execute our Social Media Plan: You will be on an exciting journey to grow and shape our social media presence, especially on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Actively participating in weekly content planning meetings, you will be part of the content team and help execute our social media strategy.
Produce Content: We’re looking for someone who is comfortable both in front of and behind the camera. Shooting, editing, and publishing videos will be your daily staple, with a sprinkling of graphic design work in Canva.
Spot Trends: With a finger on the pulse of the E-commerce industry and competitive landscape, you will be our eyes and ears in the social media space—bringing your insights to the team.
Gather data: You will help the team gather data from our various social media platforms for our monthly and weekly reports. Keeping a track of our impressions, reach, views / plays and engagement rates, you’re passionate about boosting our social media KPIs.
Improvise and innovate: We move at a fast pace, and react quickly to news from within and outside our company, which means that you will assist the marketing team to produce content quickly and on-the-fly.
Understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): You will take an active interest in understanding our ICP, their needs, challenges, and everyday life. This will be crucial in your ability to deliver content that engages, entertains, and inspires them.
