The Brand/Marketing team at SOUNDBOKS is dedicated to building a world-class brand. They’re actively working to grow its presence and brand visibility in key markets like Germany, the United States, and the Nordic countries.
As the Social Media Manager at SOUNDBOKS, you’ll take the lead on bringing our organic social media strategy to life. This means driving engagement, growing the brand’s online presence, and fostering a direct link to the SOUNDBOKS customer community. You’ll also work closely with teams across the entire commercial function of the business.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
Content Creation & Management:
You’ll be responsible for the creation, curation, posting, and scheduling of engaging content across all social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels.
You’ll make sure the content is visually compelling and narrative-driven, and that it speaks to our target audience and is aligned with the SOUNDBOKS brand vision and business objectives.
Social Media Campaign Execution:
You’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact social media campaigns, including product launches, brand collaborations, and community-driven initiatives.
Community Engagement & Growth:
You'll build an engaged community by actively connecting with followers, responding to comments and messages.
You’ll establish and implement tactics to grow our social media audience and increase brand loyalty, all while considering audiences across the Nordics, Germany, and the US.
Analytics & Reporting:
You’ll determine, track and analyse performance metrics across social media platforms to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
You’ll use data and trends to make changes and keep us on top of what’s happening.
Team Collaboration:
You’ll work closely with teams such as Paid Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to ensure social media initiatives support the commercial direction.
You’ll oversee and handle relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators when needed.

You’re good at collaborating with people across the organisation, being open to feedback, but also standing by your decisions when needed.
Ideally, you’ve held a similar central social media role, overseeing the online brand presence and driving the whole organic social media train, handling everything from planning and creating to posting and tracking content success.
It’s an advantage if you’ve created content that combines brand consistency with local market relevance in the Nordics, Germany, and the US.
