Primary task and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of our member banks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support

To succeed you will: 

• Have solid experience with languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar.
• Be willing to work with Salesforce, which is our primary development platform. Knowledge of Salesforce is not a requirement but a plus. If you do not know Salesforce, we will ensure all your training and onboarding.
• Have a natural interest in understanding and addressing business requirements, as we emphasize close alignment with business needs.
• Have a positive attitude, a love for teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning. These are essential qualities we look for in our team members.
• Be familiar with an agile environment and how to use Scrum methodology
• Be assigned to one of our awesome teams in the Credit business area, where collaboration and innovation thrive
