The position as Software Test & Quality Lead is a cross-functional professional role, responsible for setting up, implementing and overseeing test management, processes, and standards. The goal is to ensure consistent testing practices and maintain high-quality synergy standards across all development teams in Autorola.

As the professional Test and Quality Lead, your responsibility will include guiding both external and internal test resources, who will report to the respective Development Manager of each business unit. You will serve as a key authority in establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards and processes.

Your overall responsibilities will be:

• Enhanced testing capabilities through strategic partnerships
• Cross-departmental management of QA/QC
• Standardized and documented QA/QC processes
• Integration of QA/QC into all departments/teams

Your professional qualifications:

• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, methodologies and tools
• Extensive practical experience with QA/QC
• Structured and process driven with project management skills
• Solid business understanding
• Experience from working with agile development processes
• Fluent in English and preferably Danish both written and oral
• Experience with Jira and it is an advantage if you have experience with Cypress or/and Xray
