Sourcing Coordinator

SampleMaster® is on an ambitious growth journey and therefore we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented sourcing coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our sourcing activities and ensuring the efficiency of our procurement processes using ERP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing supply chain operations.

As sourcing coordinator your tasks will be varied but your main areas of responsibilities will be:

        ERP Management:

• Monitor and update procurement parameters such as minimum order quantities, reorder points, and lead times in ERP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

         Supplier Coordination:

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, and maintaining accurate supplier information in ERP.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, confirm order details, and resolve any issues, using ERP for tracking and documentation.

         Order Management:

• Process and track purchase orders within ERP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor open orders, follow up with suppliers to address any delivery issues or discrepancies, and ensure alignment with inventory needs.

Requirements for the position:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain support role, with hands-on experience using ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
