Mæxico:
Mæxico originated in 2012 as Barburrito in inner Copenhagen, with the aim to introduce Danes to authentic Mexican-inspired food. Drawing inspiration from Mexico, California, and Copenhagen, the intention was to offer homemade, high-quality, and tasty Mexican food to the Danish populace. Since then, Mæxico has expanded with two more locations, including Nørrebro and Vesterbro. The menu features traditional tacos and burritos with various fillings, designed for sharing. In addition to the food, citrus fruits and agave spirits such as tequila and mezcal are central to the drinks menu, offering everything from margaritas to pink palomas and shots. The food and drink menus change occasionally, but Mæxico always promises fresh and flavorful food and beverages. Mæxico Vesterbro is part of the Chow Co ApS food group that also includes Palazzo Diner and Levantin.
