Cyber Strategy Enablement & Performance is accountable for realizing the strategic priorities that enables for Vestas' vision to be a global leader and trusted partner delivering reliable, resilient, and secure sustainable energy. The team is a part of the Cyber Strategy & Commercialization area under the Group CISO.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted security partner by liaising the security measures as required by our contemporary security management system that enables for strategic cyber realizations.

Be a team player by utilizing your knowledge making key stakeholders across achieving needed endorsement of changes as required

Be an advisor by assisting the relevant colleagues to achieve continuous effective and efficient security measures

Qualifications

Solid expereicne in security measures from international organizations

Proven skills in communicating security measures to management teams

An empathic personality and business oriented approach are necessary to achieve success in this role

Competencies

A positive ability to generate followers & integrate into dev-ops thinking

A good ability to catalyst complex matters in an easy-to understand way at various organizational units and frameworks

A good ability to be structured and to take on accountability

An ability to leverage best practices and lessons learned from external organization and/or academic institutions dealing with measures of cyber strategic matters
