QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Skilled within: tracking, planning, following up, knowledge of powerBI
- Degree in finance, business administration, IT, project management or related field
- Knowledge of coupa/invoices/purchasing orders management
- Experience in project management, project support, PMO or Portfolio Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Clarity, SharePoint, Power BI, Coupa and SAP is a plus
- Experience within pharma preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and structured approach
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines

- Ability to create a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, workstreams, timeline, milestones, governance, RACI, risks and resource allocation
- Ability to seek insight to create a stakeholder list, analysis and plan for how to involve and inform different stakeholders
- Continuously involvement and alignment with stakeholders
- Ability to sense/know when stakeholder involvement and engagement is needed when unforeseen challenges appear
- Ability to work in a structured way with Risk analysis, Cost-Benefits analysis etc.
- Pro-actively take actions to mitigate risks identifyed
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- To support investment Project Managers (10-30 stakeholders, 2-3 years of duration, light on the tech side projects)
- Continuously follow up on project plan, workstream progress, dependencies, milestones, actions; and adjust project plan when needed according to project governance
- Prepare materials for SteerCo meetings and Gate Passages
- Develop and maintain standardized project management reports in Power BI and Excel
- Ensure invoices are In line with purchasing orders, deliverables and project plan
- Manage contract setup, follow-up with procurement for contract signature. Initiate and follow up change order approval flow/signatures
- Trouble-shoot on issues related to contracts, purchase orders, invoices and change orders
