The position
As a Senior Chemist, you will play a vital role in our spectroscopy team, working alongside lab technicians and chemists with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds. Close collaboration with your team, warehouse, sourcing QC and colleagues across our Novo Nordisk production sites will be integral for your success. We are currently offering multiple positions at varying seniority levels.

About the department
In Analytical Development, we are approximately 50 employees across 4 teams, located in Hillerød, where we have laboratory facilities and offices. We are responsible for the development, verification, validation, implementation, and optimization of analyses for complex materials (e.g., raw materials, excipients, and primary packaging materials). We hand over fully developed methods to Quality Control (QC) and collaborate with various stakeholders, including QC, Quality Assurance (QA), Material Responsible Scientists, and Novo Nordisk production sites globally. We are part of Material Manufacturing Development within External Supply Sourcing Operations, which is overall responsible for Novo Nordisk's incoming supply chain.
