To join our Digital Customer Engagement department, we are seeking a talented Sr. Digital Marketing Lead to support the growth of a new strategic area within ALK. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong digital marketing background, proven experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and media plans, and a deep understanding of user journeys, content marketing and SEO.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support our new product launch, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversions for a new strategic area within ALK.
Design and implement performance-driven media plans to optimize ROI across channels.
Lead content marketing initiatives across content disciplines, incl. content strategy, creation of HERO assets and campaigns for the product launch ensuring alignment with SEO best practices to maximize reach and visibility.
Help foster a test-learn-adapt approach to marketing, where experimentation and data- driven decision-making is at the forefront of our strategy and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across several markets, while being comfortable setting direction when it comes to digital marketing tactics that support the success of the product launch.
Manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a strategic advisor on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring ALK remains at the forefront of innovation and showcase how these learnings can be incorporated into our digital launch strategy.
Experience: Strong digital marketing background with demonstrated success in building and executing impactful strategies.
Product Launch/Go to Market experience: Knowledge and know-how when it comes to product launches and/or go-to-market strategies within pharma or other related industries.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with pharmaceutical or similarly complex industries (finance, insurance, etc.) with an understanding of regulatory environments and multi- faceted user journeys.
Skills: Expertise in content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing, complemented by analytical acumen to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes with competing priorities.
Communication: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse teams.
