Sr. Digital Solutions Manager

Beijing, China The Position 1) Own and maintain digital solutions and platforms:
Ensure that all aspects of the operational use of the platform runs smoothly and effectively, including platform evaluation, content generation, operational KPIs, etc.
Ensure solutions and platforms are in line with business and brand needs (e.g.
to improve awareness of diabetes for early diagnosis, right treatment, better outcomes); 2) Optimize, upgrade and extend the use of the platforms:
Identify the strategic focus based on the in-depth understanding about customer needs, the trend of social media and digitalization
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement or optimization, in terms of design, functionality, content, etc.
Manage upgrades, incl.
establishing partnerships and managing vendors where required, to ensure project is delivered successfully;3) Engage stakeholders and act as a 'subject matter expert' in using digital channels to engage target users:
Develop concrete expertise in the use of digital channels to engage customers;
• Work with stakeholders to align plans across the organization with regards to patient education, engagement and behavior change.
Qualifications
• Relevant master degree, e.g.
Pharmacy, Science or EE;
• Digital marketing experience preferred;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system, physician needs;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Project management experience;
• Curiosity and innovative thinking;
• Comfortable with data and has ability to draw insights from the data;
