Initiate innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field execution.
OBU Sales team quality management coordinator, drive quality mindset.
Sampling management Lead project to enhance OBU national sales winning culture to promote experience sharing so as to help business performance.
Lead continuously improvement of the process - ensure the optimal performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners Team management including personnel management, JD, 3P cascade down, etc.

The requirements Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry benchmark, sales management practice, etc.
Bachelor degree, e.g.
