About Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE)You will be part of an international team at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship, which is CBS' unit for practical and applied entrepreneurship. We promote innovation and entrepreneurship across universities through student internships, incubation and acceleration programs, alongside various educational and research initiatives. We believe that innovation and entrepreneurship are vital in addressing societal challenges.
You will join a new and evolving team focusing on student-focused entrepreneurship while also collaborating closely with the communication and operations team, and the business development team. Therefore, you will have a great opportunity to play an important role in setting the frames for how we work with student-focused incubation and acceleration activities at CBS while having a wide span of collaboration points across the CSE startup community and team.
Your tasks- Startup Engagement: Act as the primary contact for founders, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing support throughout their journey.
- Community Building: Contribute to a lively, collaborative startup ecosystem by organising kick-off events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Founder Relations: Understand and address founders’ needs, ensuring they are integrated into the startup hub and receive necessary operational support.
- Operational Processes: Manage key tasks such as reviewing founder applications, tracking startup progress, and maintaining data across internal platforms.
- Community Activation Activities: Work with startups, business developers and broader CSE to identify appropriate events and workshops to engage and activate the community, and work with CSE event support to plan and deliver events.
- Workspace Coordination: Coordinate founder office space allocation, monitor workspace usage, and handle requests for fixed seating.
- Brand Activation: Awareness raising and recruitment activities for CSE, and representing CSE at events and networks to promote the offerings.
You will also have the chance to share your knowledge and experience in shaping the ongoing development of our internship, pre-incubator, incubator and accelerator programs, as we remain focused on continuously evolving our offerings to best support the needs of our startup community.

- Entrepreneurial Background: Practical experience in startups, with an interest in building and supporting startup communities.
- Operational Skills: Organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks, including data management and platform oversight.
- Organisational and Communication Skills: Skilled at organising and running events, engaging with founders, and being the face of the startup hub.
- Event & Workshop Coordination: Experience in organising and facilitating events, workshops, and community-building activities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms and project management tools to manage operations and data.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You are skilled in reaching out to new people, stakeholder management, and networking.
- You speak and write fluent English
- You are currently a second/third-year bachelor or master student.

Salary and terms of employment Employment will take place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organizations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 140.57 and DKK 147.46 per hour and depends on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution is 15% of the pensionable salary components.
This role is for
20 hours a week.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher education institute in Denmark.
