Our Stock Controller manages hardware stock levels in conjunction with local and remote management to ensure supply and orders are commercially beneficial and delivered on time. This involves liaising internally, with customers and suppliers, receiving goods, processing and shipping customer orders for hardware, consumables, and rentals. Accurate record keeping is essential to ensure that stock levels are correctly accounted for at all times.
The role requires that the stock control processes are followed, and that every effort is made to ensure that customer Service Level Agreements are met. There may also be opportunities help the support team if they temporarily need more capacity or assistance with resolving hardware issues by identifying what replacements are required.
The Stock Controller should ensure that the reputation of our software and services is upheld and customer satisfaction is maintained or increased. You should be aligned to the evolving company culture, use and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

Reporting Line & Location
The role will be located in the Brøndby office in Denmark and will report to the European Operations Manager. Assignments may also be set directly by the Head of Hardware Delivery.
The role is office-based due to the nature of handling hardware, although occasional working from home may be possible.
Hours
The requirement is to work part time, totalling the equivalent of three days per week (22.5 hours). The actual days and hours work can be flexible i.e. the hours can be worked over 3, 4, or 5 weekdays.
