Store Manager (Copenhagen) - Baum und Pferdgarten

Baum und Pferdgarten is looking for a Store Manager to join our flagship store in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire operation of our Flagship store in Vognmagergade. As our coming Store Manager, you must be outgoing, energetic, dynamic, ambitious, and customer-experience-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day management of the flagship store.
• Lead, develop, and motivate our great retail team.
• Build and maintain our customer relationships.
• Continue to develop our increasing-by-appointment concept.
• Drive sales through exceptional service and continuous development of our service concept by maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Generate sales and meet our targets on hit rate & basket size.
• Make sure our flagship store aligns with Baum und Pferdgarten's brand expression.
• Give feedback to HQ on performance and actions that can enhance the store and brand development.
• Responsible for buying according to budget.
• Become a great ambassador for Baum und Pferdgarten.
• Manage CRM using data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with the PR & Marketing team on utilizing the flagship for events.

YOUR PROFILE

The position as Store Manager is full-time, and you'll be part of a wonderful team of passionate, supportive, engaged, dynamic, and very social people working toward the same goal. We're part of a big office community, so you'll have many colleagues with social activities, seasonal parties, etc.

Baum und Pferdgarten was established in Copenhagen in 1999 by Rikke Baumgarten and Helle Hestehave. The creative partnership began during their time together at the Royal Danish Academy of Design.
