Deine Aufgaben

You are responsible for the management of a Marc O'Polo store and your own team.

You are a host and offer your customers a special shopping experience - from the appealing presentation of goods to comprehensive advice and support.

In meetings you brief your employees, delegate to-dos and strengthen the team spirit.

You not only ensure that work processes are followed, but also optimize them on the basis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Inventory and event planning are just as much a part of your job as onboarding and coaching your employees and personnel deployment planning.

In close cooperation with the HR business partners, you will take care of the recruitment of new team members and the planning of personnel costs.

You will communicate and coordinate with specialist departments such as Retail Support, Buying, Allocation, Sales Training and Headquarters.

You discuss specific topics such as visual merchandising, purchasing and orders in expert meetings.

You want your work to help lead the apparel industry into the future and bring sustainable issues into focus.

Weekend work suits you and your flexible lifestyle.

You speak German and English fluently.
