Store Manager - Peak Performance Ringsted Fashion Outlet

The position is 100% and the start is planned for 1st of October, but we are happy to meet the right candidates availability.

Ringsted Fashion Outlet have a great portfolio of brands and Peak Performance is located in a perfect spot that attracts good traffic. The store has undergone a recent uplift and offers a great work environment together with a team that have routine and passion together with a fantastic product to offer our visitors.

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team. Peak Performance is part of Amer Sports which is a global community of some of the world’s most recognized, credible, and respected sports and outdoor brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
• Provide coaching to the store team in the core areas of customer service and engagement, brand identity, detailed product knowledge, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR/Payroll requirements, collective agreements, local law, policies, and procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
• Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
• Proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.
• Good verbal and written skills in local language and English.
• Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
• Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of the collective agreement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
