As a Strategic Solution Consultant, you will be a pivotal player in designing bespoke customer solutions for our prioritized language technology and services offerings. You will partner with our Business Development and Customer Success teams, attending customer meetings and engaging in both pre-sales and sales dialogues. By deeply understanding customer needs and market demands, you will help shape solutions that deliver exceptional value. Moreover, your insights will directly influence the development of new products and services, ensuring they align with market expectations and deliver optimal product-market fit.
You will be instrumental in execution of one of our most important OKRs for 2025 about converting selected customers into AI and machine translation workflows. You will be identifying the relevant customers, handle the dialogues, negotiations and implementation in LanguageWire Translation Management System. Also you will be the expert Customer Success Managers will go to for sparring in conversion of their customers.
