The position:
As a Strategic Supply Chain Partner, you will play a central role in transforming CMC’s supply chain management agenda to ensure an agile and future-proof set-up which will support Novo Nordisk’s growth trajectory and the increasing complexity in our drug development pipeline.
You will work collaboratively with many different stakeholders within CMC and across Novo Nordisk to shape projects, execute on strategic initiatives with impact across CMC and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The position offers a steep learning curve, involvement in various business disciplines, and senior management exposure, with numerous exciting opportunities to make a real business impact. The position is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Director of the CMC Executive Office.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, we imagine you hold a MSc degree in e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, Change Management & Communication, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, or a related field combined with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and 3-5 years project or programme management (preferably from the pharmaceutical industry).

About the Department
As part of the Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mindset.
You will be part of the CMC Executive Office, where we deliver high-quality support to senior management in CMC. Your new colleagues in CMC Executive Office supports senior management within a wide range of disciplines incl. strategy, communication, lean, risk management, health & safety, QMS, finance & supply chain, and general executive support. We have a high focus on continuously improving individual and team competencies with a clear focus on people development.
