The position
As our Strategic Business Partner, you will own our strategic annual wheel and focus on driving our strategy deployment process, and work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders and our LEAN organisation across the site. As we are scaling our production areas to be able to serve even more patients, ensuring that we are performing according to expectations, becomes increasingly more important. Additionally, you will be a key player in driving our Site Master Plan to ensure alignment between strategy, investments and actions anchored in our roadmap.

 

This job will build upon your existing expertise in strategy, stakeholder, communication, and performance management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our performance management systems are capable of setting the right direction for the years to come.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and lead our Business Review processes.
  • Establish standards and systems to support our strategy annual wheel.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders. 
  • Translating complex concepts and future visions into tangible plans and value propositions.
  • Responsibility for our deployment of strategy towards our production areas.

 

You will be expected to identify scope and drive strategic and tactical initiatives, form a LEAN perspective, enabling us to reach our operational ambitious business goals. We offer you an opportunity to daily build significant industry knowledge within the pharmaceutical sector and be
exposed to a broad range of stakeholders.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or similar combined with excellent communication, facilitation, and visualization skills. 
  • 5+ years of experience with performance management, preferably with a strong toolbox from either management consulting, a similar recognized in-house strategy/PM office, business development or similar. LEAN and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge is considered advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and transform input and opportunities into concrete actions.
  • Change management and the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements. Experience with Hoshin Kanri, LEAN management and Operational Excellence is an advantage.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing is considered an advantage.

 

As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Your problem-solving approach allows you to drive change and improve processes. You understand the importance of clear communication, especially when engaging with various stakeholders. You can effortlessly communicate with all layers of the organization. You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and ideally, you have experience from working in a global environment. You enjoy being part of setting direction and taking an active role in ensuring a fun, engaging and sustainable team environment.

 

About the department  
You will be a part of our Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Digitalisation, Manufacturing & Business Intelligence, Finance & Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations. In Business Support we use our varying experience to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions which ensures continuous improvement and development of the processes and the organisation. As a team we prioritise time for sparring, knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed.
