The position
As our Strategic Business Partner, you will own our strategic annual wheel and focus on driving our strategy deployment process, and work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders and our LEAN organisation across the site. As we are scaling our production areas to be able to serve even more patients, ensuring that we are performing according to expectations, becomes increasingly more important. Additionally, you will be a key player in driving our Site Master Plan to ensure alignment between strategy, investments and actions anchored in our roadmap.
This job will build upon your existing expertise in strategy, stakeholder, communication, and performance management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our performance management systems are capable of setting the right direction for the years to come.

About the department
You will be a part of our Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Digitalisation, Manufacturing & Business Intelligence, Finance & Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations. In Business Support we use our varying experience to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions which ensures continuous improvement and development of the processes and the organisation. As a team we prioritise time for sparring, knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed.
