Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will:

Together with various stakeholders drive execution of our strategy, initiatives and transformation

Lead and contribute to the annual strategy cycle (incl. strategy formulation), business-critical projects, and complex problem-solving initiatives

Support the management of our transformation, ensuring the realization of strategic KPIs and benefits through effective governance, strategic planning, progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

Conduct thorough analyses to inform executive decision-making

Engage cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in, drive change, and make a lasting impact

Create compelling presentation materials to aid decision-making at the executive leadership and Board level

We are looking for candidates with the following core competencies and / or experiences:

Strategy and problem-solving skills / interest

An analytical foundation with both quantitative and qualitative skills

Work experience / student assistant experience from management consulting or a corporate strategy / development function is a plus

A holistic mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in slide writing is a plus

Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently

Proactive, responsible, result-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality work within deadlines

Master’s degree in business administration / economics or similar with top academic results

Fluency in Danish / Nordic language is a prerequisite to apply and English (speaking/writing) required
