Structured and Curious HR Student Worker within Employer Branding and Recruitment

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Student Worker and support our employer branding efforts, helping recruitment partners and hiring managers attract top talent to MAN Energy Solutions.

You will play an important role
You will work closely with our recruitment partners and collaborate with the Talent Attraction team on employer branding tasks. Your role will be both supportive and proactive within Talent Acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the overview of our employer branding activities and job fairs in Denmark
• Acting as coordinator for materials, representatives, information dissemination, calendar invites, etc., in relation to job fairs
• Having dialogue with recruitment partners and hiring managers to identify needs for project collaborations, student worker positions, internships, etc.
• Organizing internal events, including arranging catering, finding speakers, and communicating with external partners for events like “Spouse Day” and networking meetings with educational institutions and networking groups
• Holding collaboration meetings with the Talent Attraction team to ensure content for our social media channels in relation to events and career fairs
• Writing articles about employer branding events for our intranet
• Managing administrative tasks such as overseeing our referral bonus program, scheduling team meetings, creating agendas in Teams, posting job ads on relevant educational institution platforms, and maintaining the onboarding site

The role is very important to the Talent Acquisition team, and you will gain great insight and experiences for your professional development due to the many interfaces within the organization. As a student worker, you are expected to work 15 – 20 hours per week from our Copenhagen office at Teglholmsgade 41, 2450 København SV, with the possibility to work from home at times.

We imagine that you:
Have previous experience in coordination, communication with a diverse group of stakeholders, and managing planning processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to structure, the ability to maintain an overview, and ensuring deadlines are met are all essential for this role.

We imagine you are familiar with Microsoft Office and have a desire to learn. Furthermore, we expect that you have a good understanding of systems and services.

We imagine that you are excellent at:

• Planning and streamlining your work
• Managing your tasks systematically
• Being a collaborative team player
• You have at least 2-3 years remaining in your education
• Taking initiative and working independently
• Maintaining a broad overview in relation to our employer branding activities

Similarly, we imagine that you can manage your tasks independently with high attention to quality and overview. Furthermore, you master both written and spoken Danish and English.
