About you
The ideal candidate holds a relevant MSc degree (Economics, Management Accounting or similar) and is sympathetic and friendly when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and customers across locations.
Furthermore, we expect that you are:
A strong communicator in English and German, both written and verbally
Detailed orientated and will go an extra mile for finding any discrepancies
Confident in working with tight deadlines
Responsible for consistent, streamlined, and automated settlement processes, gathers and interprets complex data
Proactive and solution orientated
Analytical and able to work independently - solutions might not always be straightforward
It would be an advantage if you have:
Understanding of the dynamics of the energy industry.
Knowledge of Endur platform
This role will be based out of Aalborg.
About the role
Develop and maintain automated processes for monthly settlements, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all operations.
Provide critical input and support during the entry into new markets and the addition of new products to existing markets, helping to establish and optimize operational procedures.
Engage in regular dialogue with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Participate and support relevant internal projects, particularly those involving the migration from one system to another, to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various operational initiatives and projects.
