How you will make an impact

As a part of Arla’s IT organization, we, Commercial IT, fuel the digital transformation journey of the commercial organization by co-creating and delivering innovative digital solutions. You will be part of the Business Change Management team and refer to Senior Specialist Sara Ovesen. Your specific tasks will be:

Supporting Change Management Activities: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of change management initiatives including training materials.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to crafting effective communication materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to change management initiatives, providing valuable insights to the team.

We are looking for a self-driven independent Student Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our business change management activities. Your mindset and can-do attitude are the most critical ingredients to help you thrive in this position. You have an attention to details and willingness to learn. You are willing to jump onto new challenges and you are not afraid to ask for help. You understand the need to deliver according to deadlines and take responsibility for the quality of your work. A good sense of humor and player mentality are helpful as well. We see the following qualifications:

You are studying IT, Communication & Organization (ITKO) or similar

IT is an advantage if you have some experience with IT, Communication or analytics from a student position.

Ability to write engaging content and good presentation skills.

You speak and write english fluently.

Experience with Microsoft Applications, i.e., PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, Excel and Sharepoint is an advantage.
