Student Assistant, Finance

Are you studying a master’s in economics and want to gain practical experience in finance? Join our Finance Shared Service Center team as a Finance Student Assistant!

You will support the Accounts Payable purchase team while learning the finance operations, but you can also expect other financial tasks.

This is the job:

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Shared Service Center team and ensuring high-quality delivery of financial processes.

Your responsibility will involve:

• Support the Accounts Payable purchase team that handles all item purchases by handling invoices and credit notes related to purchase orders.
• Contribute to accounting tasks and manage small projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain master data on suppliers.
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with various finance-related ad-hoc tasks.
• Provide services to external and internal customers via telephone and in writing.

The ideal candidate is studying a candidate degree in economics. We are looking for a young professional who is:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills
• Fluent in English speaking / writing
• Curious and eager to learn
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes responsibility
• Capable of navigating various tasks
• Service-minded with a positive attitude
