Student Assistant, Merchandise Planning

We’re looking for a Student Assistant to support our Merchandise Planning Team—helping us ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time by analysing sales trends, inventory management, and product assortment planning. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

This is the role

• Analyze sales trends and assist in demand forecasting using historical data.
• Support inventory management by tracking orders and stock levels.
• Help maintain and update weekly reports and trackers.
• Assess product flow and stock levels to support decision-making.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for the team.
• Assist in campaign performance analysis to improve future planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.

This is you

• A strong interest in retail and a desire to grow in Merchandise Planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Excel skills are a must (intermediate or expert is a plus).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• You are currently enrolled in a degree or studies in relevant fields such as Business, Supply Chain, Economics, etc.
