Student Assistant for Talent Acquisition

You will join our passionate HR department, consisting of 12 colleagues who work closely together to drive a wide range of strategic HR initiatives. Within the TA team, our focus is on recruitment, talent attraction, and employer branding in collaboration with the entire organization.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic student assistant to support our TA team. Your main responsibilities will be based on your interests and could include:

• Maintaining and updating systems: Ensure our data and systems are always accurate and up to date to support efficient recruitment processes.
• Job Postings: Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms.
• Candidate Screening: Help screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Assist in building a search function from scratch: Assist in developing and implementing a brand-new search function to enhance our ability to identify the best candidates.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of creative employer branding strategies that attract the next generation of talent.
• Spearhold a project on Early Talent: Help plan and execute activities and projects aimed at attracting and engaging young talent.
• Coordinating recruitment processes: Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, from planning to onboarding.
• Data analysis and reporting: Assist with data collection and reporting to help us evaluate our processes and make data-driven decisions.

Who Are You?
We imagine you are currently pursuing a higher education degree and are interested in working with people and systems. You are proactive, organized, and motivated to learn new things. You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, and enjoy communicating and collaborating with a diverse range of people. Last but not least, you and are eager to join a dynamic team where you can gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
