We are currently seeking a Student Assistant, a role demanding an analytical mind, a strong proficiency in Danish and English, and a deep commitment to teamwork. This is a vital role for us, ensuring the smooth operation of our company's administrative tasks.

The Role
You'll be actively involved in a range of tasks such as data collection, data presentation, KPI follow up and various ad hoc tasks that require administrative insight including meeting notes, data extraction and more. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as basic computer skills in managing emails and Word documents, will be invaluable for these tasks. You can expect collaboration and coordination with other departments within AJ Vaccines.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A strong analytical mindset.
• An eye for detail.
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting colleagues as a team player.
• Fluency in Danish or English, while bilingual fluency in both languages is seen as a great asset.
• Previous knowledge in data analytics is even better.

The Team
You will join a team of 5 dedicated sales managers as well as 3 colleagues in Customer Care Excellence. We are responsible for all sales activities in AJ Vaccines. We have on open and direct approach to communication, and you will not find two days which are alike. We are service oriented and always eager to help.
