We are a small company, therefore versatility is key. Our ideal candidate is a student with a curious and flexible mind, who has the interest and the ability to own different operational responsibilities and processes within our company, while bringing ahead his/her own studies at the same time.
Provide basic IT support to employees - i.e. formatting Windows/Mac laptops, troubleshooting printer issues.
Assist in the monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Atlassian, ...) and ensure uptime.
Assist in the monitoring of our products and ensure availability for our customers.
Assist in the management of users/permissions on several cloud-based providers (AWS, Atlassian, ...).
Take ownership of the first-level support service that we are going to establish in the coming months (calls, tickets, emails)
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Support developers into hardware quality assurance activities on company's Data Collector devices, such as:
assembling and configure the Data Collector™ units we ship to our customers;
maintaining a record of which units have undergone specific tests and whether they have passed them or not;
keep the information about units that have been installed by customers up-to-date.
Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college.
Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or other languages are a plus).
Strong interest in computers, hardware, devices.
Strong interest for practical activities.
Committed to document all the processes you own.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and towards the common goal to make a small company succeeding.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Some degree of knowledge of one or more of these applications: Git, Jira (or equivalent issue tracking tool), Confluence, Office, Google Suite.
Some degree of knowledge of one or more of these cloud vendors: AWS, Atlassian.
Interest to learn Python and automate routine tasks via scripts.
Interest in IoT devices.
Being aware and sensible toward security concerns - i.e. old passwords, lack of 2FA, etc.
